We provide students with opportunities to take tests for credit and placement, and assist with all the details associated with credit by exam for UT Austin undergraduate students.
If you are a current or prospective UT Austin student, Student Testing Services can help you claim UT college credit for AP, IB (Diploma and Course Awarded) and SAT/ACT Writing scores. We also offer and award credit for certain CLEP exams, and UT Austin exams for credit and course placement.
Student Testing Services offers advising by appointment via Zoom, phone, or in person, as well as in-person walk-in advising. To schedule an appointment, please click here.
