The CIS process depends on the help of UT staff administrators and the participation of UT faculty in order to be successful each semester. Each academic department has representatives from the staff ("CIS Contacts") who make official survey requests (with input from the faculty) and ensure the appropriate forms are chosen for meaningful results.
